PARKING will
be restricted to the South Side of Reser or across 30th Street.
The parking structure should also be open. After noon on
Saturday, OSU will open the parking to all. As long as everybody
listens to the parking officials and read the signs everything
should be okay. In preparation for the noon OSU basketball game,
attendees need to be aware that parking will become restricted
at 10 a.m. If somebody is in the restricted area at 10 a.m.,
they are in jeopardy of getting towed.
ADMISSION to
the event is $5 per person as it has been in the past. The only
exceptions are participants and rostered/background checked
staff with MVPW photo ID badges from the teams that are
participating at Reser. Players and staff will be escorted on
to the field via the players ramp. All others will will enter
through the West Gate D and pay $5, they will be issued a
wristband which will allow re-entry at Reser and/or Truax
throughout the weekend.
SPECTATORS will
enter through Gate D and sit in the stands on the old side/West
side, NOT on the Track, NOT on the East Side, NOT in the end
zones. Please sit between the 20 yard lines to reduce the
spread of clutter. Children are NOT to play in the gang way
tunnel or throughout the rest of the stadium. We are guests at
this field, same rules apply that would apply at all fields, NO
dogs, NO seeds etc…
PHOTOGRAPHY - Feel free to take pictures throughout the
venue and from the stands, however there will be no sideline
access for photography or videography during our Reser event. We
have an exclusive access agreement with Aim1Photography which
has graciously sponsored our event signage. His photography is
top quality, but his pricing is very affordable. Check out some

WARM UPS - We can use the fields north of the tennis
courts for warm ups. Prothro is NOT available. Brief warm-up
opportunity will be available on the asphalt behind the goal
posts immediately prior to kick off.
HOME TEAM designation
will be assigned to the first team listed in the pairing.
Home Team will provide 3 volunteers for Chain Gang. Chain
Gang will stand on the West sideline with Home Team.
Visiting Team will be assigned to East sideline. Chain Crew
will not enter the field with the team, but from the West
Stands. We will need everybody to make sure all trash is
picked up when we leave the sidelines.
WEIGH IN AND PLAY COUNT All
players and staff will be escorted on to the field via the
players ramp. Please be at the gate no later than 30 minutes
prior to kick off. At that time we will conduct weigh ins, book
and gear check. We will track MPRs. Your rostered Player
Administrator may accompany the team down the players ramp. The
volunteer spotter will enter through the West Stands.
SPIRIT WEAR AND CONCESSIONS will
be available for purchase throughout the weekend. Please keep
in mind that MVPW is an all volunteer organization, and we
volunteers are responsible for a variety of duties throughout
the day, including but not limited to picking up trash. Please
use the provided garbage cans and take your trash when you leave
the stands.
